This place is magical! Worth every single penny. The service is impeccable (our butlers Magaly and Katya were the best!). The grounds are pristine. The food and drinks are delicious. And, the adventure parks are so much fun! Stay in Fuego (adults only) if you go. They have butler service, a rooftop pool, and access to the best brunch I’ve ever been to (Sundays in Las Cuevas).

Hotel Xcaret México truly exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond in hospitality, unforgettable experiences while immersing one into the culture of México. Each day was different with the perfect balance of relaxing and fun. From day one, the staff went above and beyond to make you feel like family. My butler, Rolando, is the best, ensuring I had the best time to explore while enjoying the best food and experiences the hotel has to offer. The concierge, Maria, took her time to listen and to tailor the best personal experience that made the trip unforgettable. In Casa Fuego, it was a perfect escape, swept into gorgeous views and mix of calmness and vibrancy. The seventh floor was an experience by itself with the infinity pool and the wonderful service from the bar and staff. The restaurant that lies in the hotel, Fuego, is a gastronomy gem, creating a rare feeling of anticipation of each dish. Each dish is an Italian-Méxican fusion that highlights the best palates of flavor. What was more remarkable was how each dish play upon each other in a perfect symphony. The parks Xcaret had to offer were also perfect. With opportunities to immerse oneself in the Méxican culture as well as enticing the adventurous side that has you swimming in cave pools and jumping from cliffs. I love love Xcaret and cannot wait to comeback again.

The rooftop personnel are superb!!!! Thank you Mendez, Joel and Rocio!!! I highly recommend it! Delicious food, and beautiful views, accompanied with a great service! I went for a wedding and had a blast! Nothing like the rooftop at Fuego!

The butlers Cristopher Morales and Jimena Rodriguez took care of all of our requests while staying in Casa Fuego. Each day, they ensured we were taken care of for whatever service we asked for. I couldn’t be any happier with their service! Would recommend the two for future services

We celebrated our wedding at Xcaret Mexico our butlers Katya Silva and Magaly Garcia were superb. They were attentive, accommodating and incredibly helpful. They anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had and were always kind and friendly. If you are lucky enough to have them as part of your stay you are bound to have the most elevated experience.
