Overall, the resort was wonderful and picturesque, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and you can't beat the hot tub on the patio. However, our main complaint is the lack of authentic Mexican cuisine. We traveled to Mexico for the complete cultural experience, but the resort did not offer genuine Mexican food. We sampled most of the resort's restaurants and found the food to be disappointing. On days when we had early morning excursions, the only option available was the Nespresso café, which had limited choices. The bread was passable but could have been better, and the café could benefit from staying open later for those wanting late-night coffee. We attempted to order room service before one of our excursions, but the 45-minute wait was too long for our schedule. The only restaurant where the food was decent was Flora, on our last night. However, the service was subpar. It took a long time for the waitress to acknowledge us, take our drink orders, and serve the appetizers. We didn't receive our food until an hour after being seated, and the entire dining experience took over two hours. Similar issues were present at Capello, where we felt the restaurant was understaffed, resulting in long waits for appetizers. Additionally, the fruit at the buffet (watermelon, pineapple, melon, or cantaloupe) was neither fresh, ripe, nor sweet. Surprisingly, the best food we had during our stay was from room service on the last day before checking out, but we wish there had been better options available in the restaurants throughout our stay.

We had a really great experience overall. The room and hotel were very clean. The breakfast buffet was my favorite. The poolside service was absolutely exceptional from Elvis, Pech and Oscar! We would recommend this resort to any of our family and friends.

Very clean, well kept resort with excellent poolside service from Elvis, Oscar and Pech! All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. Restaurants were very clean and beautifully decorated—our favorite dining experience was Tokimeku. Will recommend this resort to family and friends 😀

We are very satisfied of our choice of hotel, everything was perfect except maybe the beaches, there was a lot of seaweed, not a big deal for us tho

I had a lovely time at this hotel during my first trip to Mexico. Firstly, we were offered a free room upgrade which meant we shared a huge room that was more than big enough for the 2 of us! We went down to the pool around 10am every morning, plenty of sun beds around all pools. The activities at the main pool were super fun, Edy who led the majority of the activities we took part in was amazing and so welcoming. He checked up on us a few times during the trip and definitely made our experience more enjoyable and fun filled! I'd love to return at some point and would recommend this hotel & the services to everyone.
